Rich amber with golden-copper highlights and a marmalade-warm glow.
Nose
Rich honey on hot cross buns mingles with thick-cut marmalade and buttery barley, accented by peanut butter, praline, and mocha toffee, with a touch of ginger woven through for a warming, inviting aroma.
Palate
Big, juicy sherry-soaked dried fruit delivers baked apples with sultana, raisin and honey; brown sugar-topped ginger–mocha and a sweet, aromatic, spiced oak.
Finish
A lingering, buttery brown‑toast finish dissolves into honeyed ginger marmalade, toasted hazelnuts and walnut, coffee sponge cake, fig jam and orange rind.
