At 46% ABV, it shows a more mature and composed side of the distillery, while still keeping the firm, weighty character that makes Craigellachie stand out among Speyside malts.
With 16 years in cask, the whisky is likely to have developed extra polish and depth, bringing together orchard fruit, malt richness, gentle spice and seasoned oak. It makes for a fuller Speyside style, with a little more structure and old-school character than a lighter, fruitier dram.

Full-bodied and mouth-coating with an oily glaze. Ripe orchard fruit and baked apple rise through ribbons of golden syrup and toffee, draped in vanilla while cinnamon and clove add spice. Subtle oak and citrus zest illuminate the mid-palate, finishing long, warm, and comforting with a honeyed, caramel-soaked finish.
