Opulent and fruit-forward, this Craigellachie unfurls with vanilla-inflected toffee, orchard fruit and bright citrus zest. Subtle spice—pepper, clove—drifts over waxy honey and toasted malt. A delicate sherry sweetness threads through the oak, while a whisper of rustic, piney character lingers in the background.
Palate
Powerful yet refined, the palate unfolds with a chewy malt core layered with dark fruit, fig and raisin, and caramel sweetness. Warm spice—cinnamon and clove—drifts through a creamy, waxy mouthfeel, while oak and a hint of pepper linger into a long, polished finish.
Finish
Long, warming finish with rich sherry sweetness, dried fruits and cocoa. Spiced orange and cinnamon drift over polished oak, with a faint mineral edge lending polish. The lingering warmth evolves softly, inviting the next refined sip.
