Intense peat smoke and sea spray dominate, washed with bright citrus and fresh green notes. Underneath, sherry-imparted warmth brings dried fruit, cocoa, and toasted almond, while vanilla-lit wood adds a balsamic warmth to a maritime, smoky bouquet.

Palate

Dense peat and maritime brine greet the palate, followed by sherry-rich sweetness that folds in dark chocolate, dried fig, and orange zest. Velvety, full-bodied, with a warm, aromatic spice and a long, smoky finish that lingers with salted caramel and peat embers.

Finish

Long, maritime finish of briny peat and smoke, carried by dark fruit and cocoa from the sherry cask, tapering to warm oak and subtle iodine. It lingers with a mineral sea-salt reprise.
