Palate
Full, coastal peat with saline, smoky core and lingering sea-breeze minerals. A whisper of citrus and tropical fruit threads through the palate, while a warming, peppery spice from the high ABV carries to a long, maritime finish.
Finish
Long, coastal finish dominated by smoky peat and briny mineral notes, slowly fading to citrus zest and tropical fruit, with a subtle warmth of oak and a whisper of sweetness.
