Powerful coastal peat sits front and center, tempered by rich sherry sweetness from the single cask. The palate is creamy and assertive, with char, lively smoke, and a touch of sea salt. Dried fruit notes—raisin, fig, and plum—rise against cocoa and spice, while a hint of orange zest keeps it vibrant. The finish is long and warming, peat and fruit in elegant balance.

Finish

Long, peaty finish lingers with a delicate wave of red-fruited sweetness, toasted oak and cocoa. Sherry-derived warmth threads through the smoke, fading to an ember-dry, maritime finish with a final whisper of spice.
