Powerfully peated Caol Ila builds a maritime, smoky palate bathed in Oloroso sweetness. Dried fig and raisin mingle with orange peel, cocoa nibs and toasted almond, while iodine-brine and sea-salt lift the richness. Black pepper and warm oak spice thread through a velvety, full-bodied mouthfeel, finishing long with peat, sherry and lingering coastal tang.
