Aromas of stewed raisins combine with cured meat notes and ginger spice. Treacle toffee comes to the fore, alongside rich baked apple and sweet smoke. On the palate white pepper gives way to lemon zest and toasted almonds. Roasted coffee beans lead to notes of raspberries. The finish is full and long with citrus fruits and lingering bonfire embers.
