Colour
Bright golden amber with sunlit honey tones and a subtle coppery depth.
Nose
Light wisps of smoke weave about crisp green apple, sweet poached pear and creamy vanilla. A subtle saline edge lingers, while maple-cured bacon adds a whisper of sweetness.
Palate
Mouth-coating oiliness coats the palate, threaded with ground ginger and chilli flakes. Toasted banana lingers alongside freshly ground coffee beans, fading into a delicate menthol edge.
Finish
Long, lingering finish where twists of lemon zest pair with a satisfying peat smoke.
