Palate

Silky and lightly creamy on the palate, with orchard fruit and vanilla giving way to toffee and dried fig from the sherry influence. Subtle coastal brine and a kiss of smoke drift through, joined by warm spice and gentle oak. Medium-long finish, elegant and balanced, with cocoa, almond notes and a soft, resinous fade.

Long and refined, the finish reveals sherry-softened dark fruit—raisin and fig—kissed by cocoa and spice, with a soft oak underpinning and a whisper of sea air that slowly fades.
