Nose
Sun-warmed coastal air greets the nose, a salt-kissed brininess and sea spray mingling with bright orchard fruit—green apple and pear—against vanilla, toffee and oak sweetness. Light spice from the bourbon cask adds polish and structure, while a hint of almond and subtle cereal notes keep the aroma fresh and unpeated Islay in character.
Palate
Coastal brine and lemon zest lift crisp green apple and pear, while vanilla and a hint of toffee from the bourbon cask add gentle sweetness. Silky yet bright, with subtle mineral salt and structured oak framing the fruit, leaving a warm, softly spiced finish.
Finish
Long, coastal finish with a saline kiss, vanilla and citrus zest lingering through toasted oak. A gentle fruit sweetness persists, followed by warming spice and hints of coastal minerals, fading slowly into a soft, resinous echo.
