Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep copper-gold with a ruby-tinged amber glow and subtle mahogany edges.
Nose
An instantly floral opening gives way to bright fruit, with a thread of nougat and a whisper of leather. The fragrance remains elegant and refined, carrying hints of soft vanilla and delicate oak.
Palate
On the palate, red berry fruits ignite with creamy marshmallow, entwined with cocoa bean and vanilla. Notes of madeira deepen the sweetness, adding a polished, wine-kissed richness. Full-bodied and luxuriant, with a velvety palate and a long, warming finish.
Finish
Long, refined finish of red berry fruit, cocoa and vanilla, with a subtle Bordeaux influence from the Pomerol cask. The wine-lift lingers softly, leaving a poised nuttiness and a gentle echo of leather that fades with grace.
