Milk chocolate and shortbread up front, with raisins, hazelnuts and cinnamon.
Palate
Ginger snaps and chocolate truffles lead the palate, with cashews, aniseed and fudge weaving through the mid-palate, delivering a nutty, subtly sweet, spiced bite that lingers warmly.
Finish
An enduring finish of baking spices, with savory Comté-on-cracker echoes. Toasted notes linger through the spice, giving way to a creamy, gentle sweetness that coats the palate and invites another sip.
