Deep burnished amber with mahogany depth and warm gold highlights.
Nose
Ripe orchard fruits drenched in honey married with vanilla, caramel and subtle oak spice.
Palate
Stewed apples and peaches, with subtle Sauternes sweetness, balanced by ginger warmth and nutmeg.
Finish
Long and satisfying, the finish coats the palate with sweet orchard fruit and luscious honey, slowly fading to ginger warmth and a kiss of nutmeg, a warm, dessert-like echo of the Sauternes cask.
