Colour
Deep copper-gold with warm amber highlights and a touch of mahogany.
Nose
Warm orchard fruits and honeyed malt rise from the glass, framed by a sherry-tinged sweetness. Raisin, fig and cocoa mingle with toasted almond and orange zest, while vanilla and light oak lend a refined, fruity-spiced finish.
Palate
Luxuriously rich on the palate, it opens with dark cherry, prune and raisin sweetness that mingle with velvety toffee and cocoa. Sherry influence adds orange zest and polished spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—while creamy malt provides balance. The finish is long and warming, with oak, dried fruit and a final kiss of chocolate.
Finish
Long and elegant, the finish unfolds with dark fig and raisin, a hint of orange zest, and cocoa-tinted oak. Sherry sweetness wanes into nutty spice and warm caramel, leaving a refined, lingering warmth that invites the next sip.
