A limited release from renowned independent bottlers Murray McDavid, this one-of-a-kind Blair Athol single malt is a part of their Benchmark collection. Always pushing the art of maturation, they have aged the expression for seven years including a special finish in a first-fill Murça Tawny Port Casks. Presented at 55.1% abv, and free from chill filtration, this bottle is one of only 310 decanted.
Expect aromas of freshly baked cherry bakewell, vanilla bean and creamy malt. The palate boasts summery floral flavours, with toasted almonds and red berries leading into a long and sweet finish with touches of strawberry and rose water.
