Rich fruitcake, clove and orange rise from the glass, with earthy hints of bark chips lingering in the background, lending depth to the aroma.

(blair-ATH-oll) Blair Athol was founded in 1798 by John Stewart and Robert Robertson in Pitlochry, originally opening as Aldour after the Allt Dour burn. The early distillery closed soon after, before reopening in 1825 under the Blair Athol name. It later passed through several owners, including Peter Mackenzie, before Arthur Bell & Sons acquired the distillery in 1933.
