The Hepburn’s Choice range comprises whiskies bottled either from specially-selected single casks or from small batches of two to three casks. Always bottled at 46% alcohol, and naturally without artificial colouring or chill-filtration.
This Hepburn's Choice from the Highland region was distilled at Blair Athol in 2010 and then bottled by Hunter Laing in 2022 with only 780 bottles produced.

Colour
Deep amber with coppery sheen and mahogany undertones
Nose
Sherry-kissed aromas rise in a warm, elegant bouquet: rich dark fruit—plum, fig, raisin—alongside orange zest, cocoa, and toasted almond. A touch of vanilla, polished oak, and subtle pipe tobacco weave through, with cinnamon and clove providing a gentle, lingering warmth.
Palate
Silky, medium-bodied with sherry-soft sweetness that coats the palate. Dried-fruit notes of raisin, fig and date mingle with orange marmalade, toasted almond and a whisper of cocoa. Oak builds spice—cinnamon and clove—over a caramel-biscuit maltiness. A long, warming finish.
Finish
A long, sumptuous finish of sherry-driven sweetness with black cherry and fig, tempered by cocoa, almond and warm spice, fading to a velvety oak embrace.
