Tasting Notes
Colour
A rich, burnished amber with coppery glow and mahogany depth.
Nose
Rich, raisined and red-fruited, the nose unfolds with baked apple and pear, threaded with dried fig and sultana from sherry cask. Coats of toffee and cocoa nib mingle with warm spice—cinnamon and clove—while a whisper of leather and polished oak lends a luxurious, velvety glow.
Palate
Silky, full-bodied palate with dried fruit, orange zest and raisin carried by rich toffee and dark chocolate. Spiced with cinnamon and clove, it glides through hazelnut oak into a long, warm finish of nut, roast coffee and a subtle peppery lift.
Finish
A long, velvety finish infused with rich sherry sweetness, warming spice, and polished oak. Dried fig and orange peel linger, supported by toffee and cocoa undertones, softly fading into almond and subtle bitterness that tightens the palate with refined grace.
