Bivrost Midgard Single Malt Whisky is handcrafted at the world’s northernmost distillery in Arctic Norway. Midgard is the ninth and final whisky in the nine worlds of Norse Mythology series.
Midgard was matured in Oloroso Sherry oak casks, predominantly European oak, some American oak for complexity and also Spanish oak was involved. Maturation age varies between 4 to 5 years.

Colour
Rich amber with a coppery glow and a tawny, mahogany edge.
Nose
An evocative bouquet of oriental spices with clove and vanilla, woven with dried fruits and sandalwood, a warm, aromatic prelude.
Palate
A dense, oily mouthfeel coats the palate, delivering a long, luxurious finish. Rich Oloroso notes mingle with dried fruits, while a subtle touch of oak threads through, adding depth and structure.
Finish
A long, oily finish that coats the palate with a soft oak glow, carried by persistent Oloroso and dried-fruit sweetness. It lingers warmly, a refined echo of sherry-rich complexity.
