Tasting Notes
Colour
Sunlit gold with delicate honey highlights and a warm amber edge, luminous and inviting.
Nose
Dried fruits, orange blossoms, and a bonfire glow mingle with old Spanish bodega richness, roasted nuts, and a small hint of peat.
Palate
Massive complexity on the palate, cloaked in a velvety mouthfeel. Toasted oak frames caramelised mandarins, with subtle peat adding a whisper of smoke and depth.
Finish
Long and elegant, the finish unfolds with peat smoke and toasted oak, leaving a lacquer of caramelised mandarins and dried fruit sweetness. Orange blossom threads through the warmth, while subtle spice lingers, fading to a refined, smoky-citrus glow.
