Colour
Rich amber-gold with coppery undertones and a honeyed warmth, the colour of sunlit caramel.
Nose
Caramelised orange peels mingle with dried fruits and roasted almonds, lifted by rye-driven pepper and cinnamon. Soft oak adds warmth, while a coastal breeze threads through the aroma. Amontillado cask influence brings nutty depth, with a hint of Amburana spice completing the aromatic spectrum.
Palate
On the palate, a balanced, complex tapestry of caramelised orange and dried fruits with almonds, sharpened by rye-driven pepper and cinnamon, softened by soft oak, with a coastal freshness carrying through to the finish.
