Colour
Rich deep amber with luminous copper-gold glints and a hint of mahogany.
Nose
Aromas unfold with rich dried fruits—fig, raisin and date—alongside sweet vanilla, toffee and polished oak. A subtle sherry lift adds cocoa, nutmeg and almond, finishing with a delicate hint of leather and spice.
Palate
Silky and medium-bodied on the palate, with sherried sweetness and dark fruit—plum, raisin, and orange zest—layered with toffee, cocoa, and almond. Gentle spice and creamy vanilla mingle with refined oak, finishing long, warm, and slightly nutty.
Finish
Long, elegant finish with warm dried fruit and fig, framed by gentle sherry sweetness. Spices—nutmeg and cocoa—linger, followed by smooth oak and a velvet warmth that fades slowly, leaving a refined, contemplative impression.
