Colour

Palate

Silky and full-bodied on the palate, delivering a luxurious cascade of dried orange, fig and sultana with rich toffee and dark chocolate. Subtle spice—cinnamon, nutmeg, clove—adds warmth against polished oak. Velvet texture with a gentle, lingering finish of fruitcake and treacle.

Finish

An opulent, lingering finish that unfolds slowly, cloaked in rich sherry sweetness. Dried dark fruits—prune and fig—emerge with orange zest, cocoa and a gentle spice. Oak and cinnamon weave through, leaving a warm, velvety fade that lingers long on the palate.
