On the palate, a generous weave of sweetness and spice, with caramelised citrus, toasted oak and baked peaches. Sherry influence adds depth, while bourbon-derived vanilla keeps it elegant, delivering a warm, lingering finish.
Finish
Long, warm finish with evolving spice and polished oak. Vanilla lingers, complemented by almond from the sherry cask and a kiss of caramelised citrus. Gentle peach notes echo as the fruit fades, yielding a nutty, toasty finale that invites the next sip.
