Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber-gold with coppery highlights and a glossy, sherry-warmed bronze halo.
Nose
Warm sherry influence lifts a backbone of Arran malt - golden orchard fruit, vanilla and toffee mingle with raisins, figs and orange zest. Spices of cinnamon and nutmeg hover above polished oak, with a delicate, creamy undercurrent. A refined, celebratory nose that hints at both sweetness and sophistication.
Palate
Silky, sherry-kissed with dark plum, fig and raisin, brightened by orange zest. Creamy vanilla, toffee and almond ride a gentle spice of cinnamon and clove, as oak softly frames the fruit with a warm, lingering sweetness on a light-to-medium body.
Finish
Long and luxurious, the finish unfurls with generous sherry sweetness, dark raisin, and orange zest. A touch of cocoa lingers as warm spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—drifts through velvety oak, slowly fading to a comforting, lasting glow.
