A mix of 35 Bourbon barrels and 10 Sherry hogsheads were filled with Arran spirit at the turn of the new millennium on 31st December 1999 and 1st January 2000. Left to mature for 13 years then bottled at cask strength to yield just 7800 bottles, 780 available in the UK. This limited edition expression is sure to be on those collectors shelves next to the much sought after Devils Punch bowls.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Radiant golden-amber with a coppery warmth and a whisper of mahogany at the rim, a glossy, sunlit hue befitting its cask-strength lineage.
Nose
Sweet spice mingles with custard and iced Danish pastry, a generous whiff of vanillin oak, candied fruit and a hint of fresh cereal.
Palate
Waxy orange, toasted vanilla, honeycomb, chocolate, sweet and aromatic spices, zingy tropical fruit.
Finish
Honey baked apples, cinnamon and sweet spice, custard creams, white chocolate and sugared almonds.
