Silky and richly sherried, the palate delivers dark fig and raisin, orange zest, and toffee with a creamy custard note. At 52.9% ABV the mouthfeel is viscous and warming, carrying cocoa, salted caramel, and toasted almond. Spices arrive—clove, cinnamon, a whisper of black pepper—supported by a coastal, saline backbone that lingers into a long, nutty, dried-fruit finish.
