The whisky has been matured in ex-Sherry and Bourbon Casks and is bottled at 46% Vol without chill filtration or the addition of any colouring. There are 3,000 bottles available worldwide annually and as such this is a limited bottling.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery mahogany highlights.
Nose
Rich oak with a gentle note of nutmeg opens to sweeter layers of baked ripe figs, sultanas and black cherries. A warm, fruit-forward aroma lingers, with subtle sherry-driven depth and a touch of spice that heightens the perfume.
Palate
Fruit cake with toasted almonds and cinnamon, balanced by the zest of oranges and mandarins. Manuka honey and muscovado sugar mingle with baked apricots, while a white pepper note threads through, adding quiet spice and additional complexity.
Finish
Creamy and spicy, the finish lingers with dark chocolate, toasted walnuts and a plush dark-fruit compote, a warm, inviting glow that lingers long after the swallow.
