A symbol of the distillery’s values, Armorik Double Maturation highlights both the quality of its know-how and its roots in the Breton terroir. It is aged in unique oak casks from the Breton forests, made by the last cooper in Brittany. After several years, the Whisky is transferred into Oloroso sherry casks.

Colour

Deep amber-gold with coppery undertones and a mahogany glow.

Nose

A well-balanced nose pairing bright lemon and pear fruit with creamy vanilla and warming spices.

Palate

Silky and soft on the palate, it unfolds with subtle spice and warm woody notes, creating a refined, harmonious balance.

Finish

A long, warming finish where peppery spice unfurls into a delicate, wispy smoke. Breton oak and Oloroso sherry leave a refined, lingering warmth on the palate.

Armorik
Armorik is produced by Distillerie Warenghem in Lannion, Brittany, founded in 1900 by Léon Warenghem. The distillery first built its reputation on liqueurs and regional spirits before moving into whisky under Gilles Leizour, filling its first whisky casks in 1983 and launching WB Breton blended whisky in 1987. A dedicated whisky distillery followed in 1993, with Armorik Single Malt officially launched in 1998 as the first single malt from Brittany and France.
