Tasting Notes
Colour
Rose gold with a warm coppery glow.
Nose
Almond and creamy oak form a rich foundation, lifted by red berry yoghurt and honeyed notes. Praline sweetness blends with nutty undertones, while a subtle peppery lift threads through, carried on elegant sherry-draped depth.
Palate
Silky, creamy texture carries almond, praline and red berry yoghurt into honeyed layers. The palate is anchored by a rich vanilla-oak backbone with a delicate pepper spine, while sherry influence threads depth through nutty notes and a red-berry finish that lingers with finesse. Elegant and well-balanced, despite its young age.
Finish
Nutty red-berry finish with almond, praline and creamy oak, a subtle pepper note; lingering yogurt-like sweetness and honeyed undertones carry through the fade.
