Colour
Bright pale gold with sunlit honey undertones and a delicate amber glow.
Nose
Lemons drift over sooty peat ash, mingling with smoky seaweed and salted vanilla fudge. Floral lavender lifts the nose, while a hint of baked French cheese with herbs adds savory depth.
Palate
Sea-salted lemon cheesecake with a hit of chilli flake heat, seaweed and vanilla, aromatic herbs and vegetal notes; an oily yet refreshing body and a lasting wisp of smoke.
Finish
White pepper and lemon peel ignite the finish, with saline seaweed and a bite of root ginger surfacing in sweet brine. A refreshing, peat-infused glow lingers, clean and bright on the palate.
