This has been matured in a first fill Shgerry Butt, bottled at a powerful 60.1% ABV and is one of 448 bottles to be produced.

Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and a mahogany undertone, a wine-bronze glow that radiates warmth as it catches the light.
Nose
Sweet initially with stewed plum, sultana, and demerara sugar. Herbal notes develop and mature into aromas of pine needles and sage. Ground almond and cocoa powder notes add a layered depth.
Palate
Flavours of a fruit and nut chocolate bar mingle with notes of rum and raisin ice cream. Hints of dark chocolate emerge, while sweet and tangy stewed rhubarb highlights linger.
Finish
Sherry influences linger, weaving a warm sweetness that slowly fades, while a crisp peppermint lift adds a refreshing, aromatic finish.
