The nose is fresh and fruity with notes of ripe apples, prunes, mangoes, honey and a hint of nuts. The fruit continues onto the palate with notes of grapefruit and rhubarb followed by waxy minerals and some tea. The finish is fresh with notes of grass and fruit peelings.

Fresh grapefruit and rhubarb wash the palate, beneath a waxy mineral backbone and a whisper of tea, finishing crisp and long.
Finish
Bright, grassy finish with hints of fruit peel, refreshingly clean and lightly lingering.
