Colour

Nose

Opulent sherry glow flashes through dried fig, date and dark raisin, segueing into orange zest, toffee and treacle. Rich cocoa, espresso and a whisper of cocoa nibs deepen the mid-palate impression, while warm spice—nutmeg and clove—lends a festive edge. Subtle leather, polished oak and a faint tobacco lift complete a luxurious, velvety aroma with refined maturity.

Palate

Silky, full-bodied palate with a generous sherry-influenced sweetness. Dried plum and fig mingle with orange rind, dark chocolate, and toasted almond, while cinnamon and clove lend a warming spice. Rich oak frames the fruit as the 52.1% ABV carries to a long, luxurious finish of fruitcake, cocoa, and a touch of leather.

Finish

Long, velvety finish with dried fruit, fig and raisin, braided with dark chocolate and orange zest. Leather and aged oak unfold slowly, then a warming cinnamon-spice echo lingers, leaving a refined, lingering glow.
