The Whiskymaker's Reserve is an artistic exploration of oak and blending; of flavour evolution and defining a house style. No. 4, the latest release is matured in the finest, meticulously sourced Oloroso, PX Sherry, and red wine casks, comprising Spanish, American, and French oak.
The nose is rich with Manuka honey, sun-dried dates and roasted cashew nuts; layers of dried fruits, nuts and spice on the palate create a long and vibrant finish.

Colour
Deep amber with copper-rose flashes and a mahogany-tinged rim, a warm honey-gold core that glows.
Nose
Manuka honey leads the aroma, unfolding into sun-dried dates and roasted cashews. Layers of dried fruits, nuts and spice emerge, weaving a warm, luxurious bouquet that hints at depth and quiet maturity.
Palate
On the palate, Manuka honey sweetness mingles with dried fruits, sun-dried dates and roasted cashews, unfurling into a dark fruit compote with nutty accents. Sherry influence from Oloroso and PX, plus red-wine cask spice, coats the mouth in silky oak tannins, delivering a full-bodied, layered texture and a long, vibrant finish.
