Colour

Radiant amber-gold with a delicate copper sheen and a warm honey glow.

Nose

Rich, indulgent and seductively perfumed, the nose unfolds as dark fruit cake laced with ginger, with wisps of walnuts, cocoa nibs and apple crumble.

Palate

Complex and creamy, the palate unveils warming wood spice beneath a honeyed sweetness of manuka honey. Candied pecans and Christmas cake emerge, weaving richness with subtle depth toward a long, refined finish.

Finish

Bold and lingering, this finish drapes dark fruit richness in a velvet cocoa echo. A warm, chocolate-kissed fade lingers on the palate, inviting slow sips and quiet contemplation.
