Drawn from just 2 ex-American oak barrels, this is delicate and balanced on the nose with lemon, pineapple, orange, cream and syrup. The palate is juicy, sweet and fresh with vanilla, spice and orchard fruits. The finish is light and alluring with intermittent spice and fruity sweetness.
The presentation case also includes a hand bound book detailing the release. A jaw dropping piece of Irish Whiskey history.
