Colour
Deep amber with a copper-gold glow and a whisper of mahogany at the rim.
Nose
Whispers of sherried oak entwine with cocoa and sultanas, touched by warm cinnamon porridge. The aroma is lush and inviting, hinting at the 21-year sherry-cask maturation and the sweet-rich elegance that frames Tamdhu's profile.
Palate
On the palate, Christmas cake of plump raisins and candied orange, with a touch of cocoa, folded into gentle, sherry-soaked oak. Sweetness leads at the front, then a poised, drying finish as waves of sherry oak unfold, leaving spice, almond and ripe fruit to echo long after the sip.
Finish
Endless waves of oak and spice give way to succulent, sweet fruit, with a warm, lingering finish.
