Talisker Wilder Seas is a limited edition single malt Scotch whisky created in partnership with Parley for the Oceans, supporting work to rewild more than 100 million square metres of ocean forest. Produced in a 100% recycled glass bottle, excluding the cap, ceramic decoration and label, each bottle represents a donation towards the project.
This release is finished in ex-Cognac French oak casks, a first for Talisker, bringing rich fruit sweetness and added depth to the distillery’s signature maritime character. Expect Talisker’s coastal smoke, sea-salt edge and powerful spice, balanced by a rounder, fruitier complexity from the Cognac cask finish.
Limited to 17,940 bottles in Great Britain, Talisker GB is donating £53,820 to Parley for the Oceans in support of their environmental work. A distinctive release for Talisker collectors, Wilder Seas brings together the rugged whisky style of Skye with a clear focus on ocean protection.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-bronze highlights and a warm honey-gold glow.
Nose
Seaweed and sea spray mingle with a gentle coastal smoke, edged by black pepper. Dark raisins and plums unfold beneath, touched by a whisper of caramel.
Palate
Oily and rounded on the palate, it carries dried fruit and dark chocolate with red apple, layered with mineral notes, sea salt and a peppery coastal smoke.
Finish
Crisp and elegant, with lingering peat and salinity, rounded by subtle stone-fruit sweetness.
