Colour

An unapologetically powerful aroma, waves of peat smoke and maritime salt drift with iodine and gunmetal, balanced by sherried dark fruit, fig and raisin, plus vanilla and toasted oak. A bright lift of black pepper and citrus zest crowns the aroma, finishing with resinous sweetness and ember-tinged tobacco.

Palate

Explosive and luxurious, the palate bursts with swaggering peat and sea-salt brine, sharpened by black pepper and coastal iodine. Sherry-cask maturity threads dark fruit—fig, raisin, cocoa—with a glossy sweetness that dances across the tongue.
