Nose

Sea-salt and brine rise first, wreathed in peat smoke and coastal ash. Iodine-rich, with a peppery bite, the aroma carries sherry warmth—dried cherries and fig—touched by dark cocoa, leather, and polished oak. At 59.2% the scent is bold, maritime and lingering, like a storm-washed shoreline at dusk.

Palate

Powerful, peated attack with a briny sea-salt core and smoldering ember smoke. Sherry-nurtured dark fruits—prune, fig, raisin—fade into dark chocolate and toasted oak. The high ABV brings a warming, peppery bite that carries through a long, maritime finish of iodine, mineral salt, and smoke.

Finish

Long, maritime finish with echoing peat and coastal salt, spiked by black pepper and chili heat, tapering to a warm, oaken sweetness and hints of dried fruit.
