Palate

On the palate, sea-salt and coastal peat carry maritime smoke into a rich core of dried fig, raisin and toffee. Stone-spun sherry casks lend mineral depth, while peppery spice and toasted almond add bite. A warm, ember-dry finish lingers as the high ABV coats the tongue with briny sweetness and a confident, smoky glow.
