Salt-kissed sea air mingles with brisk peat and a smoky backbone, while sherry-dark fruits and fig notes weave through. Briny iodine and cracked pepper lend maritime tension, beneath toasted oak and a whisper of vanilla—a luxurious prelude to the bold warmth that follows.

Palate

Powerful maritime smoke coats the palate with a thick, oily texture. Briny sea spray, ash and pepper bloom beneath the heat of 59.4% ABV. Sherry-influenced richness drapes dried fig, raisin and cocoa, while charred oak adds depth. Long, warming finish of ember smoke, salted caramel and coastal mineral.

Finish

Long, warming finish with coastal smoke and sea-salt bite, unfolding into dark fruit and cocoa with a sherry-soft sweetness. The 59.4% ABV lingers as a resinous peppery heat, leaving a final echo of Talisker peat.
