Bright, honeyed vanilla unfolds over toasted French oak, with citrus zest, green apple and orchard pear. Subtle spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—lends warmth to creamy toffee and almond. A faint waxy note and a touch of sea salt hint at Tasmanian provenance.
Palate
Silky and refined on the palate, with vanilla bean and honeyed citrus blending with orchard fruit. Creamy, lightly spiced notes rise over toasted oak, followed by a balanced, lingering finish of subtle pepper and warm wood. Elegant and approachable, showcasing the Tasmanian malt’s quiet depth.

A refined, lingering finish of soft vanilla and gentle oak spice, with whispers of dried fruit and citrus zest, fading to a warm, silky coastal glow.
