This exceptional single malt comes to you all the way from Tasmania, double distilled by the wonderful Sullivans Cove! Aged in a single American oak cask which previously held bourbon. After 17 years, the whisky is hand-bottled and labelled at the distillery, presented in an oak presentation box with a letter of authenticity signed by head distiller Patrick Maguire and production manager Heather Tillott. One of just 140 bottles produced.

Palate
Luxuriously silky and full on the palate, this delivers a creamy vanilla and toffee core from the American oak, with hints of coconut, orange zest and baking spices. Rich, slightly oily texture, a gentle warming start, and a well-integrated oak that trails into a long, elegant finish.
Finish
Long, luxurious finish, bourbon-influenced vanilla and toffee mellowing into toasted American oak. Subtle spice builds warmth and lingers, leaving a refined, gradual glow on the palate.
