Strathisla is the oldest operating distillery in the highlands and produces aged malts that are core to the Chivas range of blended whiskies. This 12yo expression is the only distillery bottling to be available in recent years and showcases both distillery character and cask influence.

Deep amber with a warm copper-gold glow and mahogany edges, a rich sherry-kissed hue.
Nose
Malty notes and hay, swiftly followed by richness and fruitiness, with a lingering dry oakiness.
Palate
Big fruitiness leads to almondy nuttiness, with malty, hay-like notes throughout and a clean, lingering finish.
Finish
A long, fruit-forward, sherried finish with almond-nutty malt and dry oak, slowly fading into warm, comforting echoes.
