Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery-gold highlights and a mahogany edge.
Nose
Opulent sherried aroma of dried fruits—raisin, fig, and glazed orange—woven with dark chocolate, toffee and almond. A supple malt backbone and polished oak lend warmth, while gentle spice and a hint of plum complete a refined, old-world elegance.
Palate
Silky, sherried palate with dark-fruit depth—raisin, fig and a hint of orange zest—woven with almond, toffee and a touch of spice. The malt remains refined, while cinnamon and clove weave through the silky frame. Oak sits gently, delivering a warm, cocoa-kissed finish that lingers gracefully.
Finish
Long, velvety and refined, the finish is saturated with sherry sweetness—date and raisin fruits melded with dark chocolate and cocoa—woven through with spice and warm oak. A lingering, luxurious warmth that slowly fades to a polished, nutty softness.
