Colour

Silky, full-bodied on the palate, with rich sherry sweetness delivering prune, raisin and fig, balanced by toffee, treacle and cocoa. Orange zest and almond paste rise alongside a spine of spice—cinnamon, clove, nutmeg—while polished oak provides backbone. The 54.5% ABV yields a warming, creamy mouthfeel that coats the tongue with refined dried-fruit and spice.

Finish

The finish unfolds slowly in a velvety sherry cloak, with dark fruit, cocoa and espresso lingering on the palate. Dried fig and orange zest brighten toasted oak, while wisps of cinnamon and clove pace the long, warm fade, leaving a refined, lingering glow.
