Colour

Deep amber with rich mahogany undertones and a copper-gold glow.

Nose

Coastal peat and sea spray open to a rich sherry sweetness. Dried cherry and fig mingle with cocoa, almond and toffee, brightened by vanilla and a kiss of orange zest. Cinnamon and clove spice sit on robust oak, while a maritime mineral lift keeps the aroma fresh. Complex, layered and inviting, with cask-strength depth that lingers.

Palate

Full-bodied, creamy and oily, with a briny peat sheen over waxy malt. Rich sherry fruit—figs, raisins and orange zest—coats the palate, layered with dark chocolate and toffee. Spices rise: cinnamon and clove, punctuated by a peppery bite from its high ABV. Maritime smoke lingers with salted caramel, finishing on oak, leather and a touch of burnt sugar.

Finish

Long, luxurious finish that coats the palate with sherried richness: dark figs, raisins and orange zest, toasted almond and a whisper of coastal peat. At full cask strength, warm spice, cacao nibs and leather emerge, fading into a refined, lingering warmth with a faint maritime salinity.
